Smart Materials and Technology Competence Centre of Latvia is executing project "Mathematical model development for monoclonal antibodies method and characteristics"

The project timeline is from 01.09.2016. to 28.02.2018.

The goal of the project is to create mathematical model development for monoclonal antibodies method and characteristics that will enable to develop software for automatic mAb sample seperation.

Viedo materiālu un tehnoloģiju Kompetences centra ietvaros ChromSword realize pētniecības projektu par “Matemātiskā modeļa izstrāde monoklonālo antivielu AEŠH metodes automātiskai izstrādei un raksturošanai”

Plānotais projekta realizācijas termiņš no 01.09.2016. līdz 28.02.2018.

Projekta mērķis ir izstrādāt matemātisku modeli monoklonālo antivielu uzvedībai hromatogrāfiskos apstākļos uz kā bāzes izstrādāt komerciālu programmnodrošinājumu, kurš kontrolēs AEŠH instrumentu un ļaus automātiski veikt optimālu apstākļu piemeklēšanu mAb maisījumu atdalīšanai.

Currently completed stages:

In the time period from 01.09.2016. to 10.12.2016 completed chromatography tests for 2 first mAb samples with various stationary phases.
In the time period from 11.12.2016. to 10.03.2017 completed additional chromatography tests for 2 additional mAb samples with various stationary phases.
In the time period from 11.03.2017. to 10.06.2017 completed chromatography tests for 2 commercial mAb samples with various stationary phases and additional tests for previously studied samples.
In the time period from 11.06.2017 to 10.09.2017 completed mathematical processing of experimental data and development of substance behavioural models.
In the time period from 11.09.2017 to 10.12.2017 completed tests and performance checks with developed models.
In the time period from 11.12.2017 to 28.02.2018 completed developed model performance tests and completed research project.

Projekta ietvaros uz šo brīdi ir veiktas sekojošas aktivitātes:

Laika posmā no 01.09.2016. līdz 10.12.2016 ir veikti: Hromotogrāfiskie testi ar pirmajiem 2 mAb paraugiem ar dažādiem stacionārajām fāzēm.
Laika posmā no 11.12.2016. līdz 10.03.2017 ir veikti: Hromotogrāfiskie testi ar papildus 2 mAb paraugiem ar dažādiem stacionārajām fāzēm.
Laika posmā no 11.03.2017. līdz 10.06.2017 ir veikti: Projekta etapa ietvaros veikti testi ar papildus 2 komerciālajiem mAb paraugiem, kā arī veikti papildus testi ar iepriekšējos posmoes testētajiem mAb paraugiem.
Laika posmā no 11.06.2017 līdz 10.09.2017 ir veikta: Eksperimentālo datu matemātiska apstrāde un vielu uzvedības modeļu izstrāde.
Laika posmā no 11.09.2017 līdz 10.12.2017 ir veikti: Testi ar izstrādātājiem modeļiem un veikta to darbības efektivitātes pārbaude
Laika posmā no 11.12.2017 līdz 28.02.2018 ir veikta: Izstrādāto modeļu efektivitātes pārbaude un noslēgts pētniecības projekts.
